I found this anime extremely funny. It’s not even the story, but the eccentric perks that come along with it. There’s little implied humour, use of puns, and just plain sillyness. Reborn (the little dude) can be a bit annoying to me, but this show makes me laugh - out loud - and that’s what I like :3

Tsunayoshi (nicknamed: Tsuna) is not the greatest academically, he’s pretty much average. And that is why his mother arranges a tutor for Tsuna. His tutor turns out to be a joke, a little runt that barely reaches his knees. The little runt’s name is Reborn and he’s actually a hitman! (wtf?).

On his way to school, Tsuna encounters Kyoko, his laaav (<-- love), but she pays no attention to him, only to Reborn who just suddenly appeared. Just then, Reborn pulls another rash move and fires a bullet at Tsuna! Specifically, the "dying will" bullet. With any thoughts of regrets, it will make you use your optimal power and energy to perform what you wanted to do before your "death".

Sounds ridiculous doesn't it?

Well, this dying will only acts temporarily. The reason Reborn is doing this, is to train Tsuna for he is the 10th generation Mafia boss.
